Restoration Re-Evaluation and Composite Warranty Terms

Direct composite resin restorations placed at Orlinexan are backed by an office re-evaluation and adjustment policy for a period of twelve (12) months following initial placement, provided the patient adheres to standard preventive maintenance protocols.

If a direct composite filling fractures, debonds, or exhibits margin leakage within twelve months of completed placement, Orlinexan will inspect, polish, repair, or replace the resin restoration at no additional out-of-pocket chair charge, subject to the following express conditions:

  • The patient attends recommended six-month dental hygiene prophylaxis appointments at our LaSalle Street office.
  • The fracture is not the result of external blunt maxillofacial trauma, athletic sports injury, or biting hard non-food objects (e.g., ice, pens, bone fragments, metallic utensils).
  • Patients with diagnosed bruxism or nocturnal clenching wear their prescribed protective occlusal guard during sleep.
  • The tooth pulp remains healthy and does not require secondary endodontic root canal intervention due to pre-existing deep microbial caries reaching the dental pulp chamber prior to restoration.

This restoration policy does not apply to periodontal tissue breakdown, underlying tooth root fractures, or subsequent secondary caries developing on adjacent untreated enamel surfaces.

ADA Accessibility Statement and Commitment

Orlinexan is dedicated to facilitating digital accessibility and equal access to our dental practice information for individuals with disabilities. We continually refine our digital infrastructure to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA specifications and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Our digital property incorporates clear semantic landmark structure, generous minimum tap targets (at least 44 pixels), explicit keyboard focus styling, high contrast color tokens meeting a 5.8:1 secondary and 10.3:1 primary ratio on our petrol teal ground, alternative text on clinical imagery, and prefers-reduced-motion media query overrides that disable parallax motion.

Physical access to our facility at 400 South LaSalle Street in the Chicago Loop features street-level elevator entry, accessible building corridors, and an operatory chair configuration adaptable for individuals using mobility devices. If you encounter any accessibility barrier or need assistance scheduling an appointment, please contact our accessibility coordinator via email at [email protected] or telephone +1 (203) 555-7404. We will provide the requested information through accessible alternative formats.
